OUR INTENTIONS
It’s our intention to make things as simple as possible for anyone who wants to attend our retreats, while balancing the administrative and business realities for us.
PAYMENT
When you book your spot, you have two options for payment: you may pay in full or on a payment plan of 50% up front and then two payments of 25% a month apart. The 25% payments will be withdrawn automatically using the payment method you select for your 50% downpayment. If you have a different payment need, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate if at all possible. Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive a confirmation of your charge. Please retain this for your records if you plan to utilize the retreat as a business expense tax write off next year.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that there will be no refunds, partial refunds, or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs when reserving retreat centers. We have designed the cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change.
Policy: if you need to cancel more than 90 days prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive a full (100%) refund of your payment. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive no refund if we are unable to fill your spot. We will do our best to fill your spot prior to the retreat starting and will notify you if we do fill the spot and will promptly refund your payment.
To cancel, you must send an email stating that you wish to cancel and include a reason why to: hello@courageousencounters.com.
IF WE CANCEL THE RETREAT:
We have never had to cancel a retreat, however, if we do cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot, however, compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred.
